The Deals: Jared Gutstadt’s Audio Chateau Records Secures $9M Funding Round & More

Other deals include Oak View Group connecting brands with Independent Artist Group artists; Adobe licensing music clips of up to 60 seconds from Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group for personal, non-commercial videos; and Soho Square Capital taking a minority stake in Skiddle. The UK ticketing platform reported £178 million in ticket sales across 180,000 events in 2025, while music metadata firm Music Story signed a multi-year partnership with Sonos.
