Boutique publisher Secret Mode and developer Absolutely Games have confirmed that their "cozily creepy" puzzle game Fangtopia, previously announced only for PC, will also arrive on PS5 later this year. The game combines tycoon-style building with puzzle mechanics, tasking players with stacking hexagonal tiles that merge and grow into towns, fields, forests, mountains, train tracks and valleys, with bonus points awarded for connecting similarly themed tiles.

Players can summon monsters such as werewolves, ghosts and scarecrows by completing objectives set by mysterious portals. The PS5 version will include all content and features from the PC edition, optimised for DualSense controls, and offer quick play modes alongside endurance options with global leaderboards. No release date has been confirmed, but a PC playtest begins on 14th July, and wishlists on the PS Store are expected to open later today.
