Toy maker Thrilljoy has unveiled a new range of vinyl figures based on HBO's IT: Welcome to Derry, adding creepy-cute renditions of the show's killer clowns to its blind-box PIX! collectible line. IGN was given exclusive first access to photographs of the figures, which put a stylised, wide-eyed spin on Bill Skarsgård's Pennywise and his fellow entity Periwinkle while retaining an unsettling edge.

The line comprises three figures in total: a standard "hero edition" of Pennywise the Dancing Clown limited to 9,999 units worldwide, plus two rarer chase variants — a 1:6 scale figure of Madeleine Stowe's Ingrid Kersh in her Periwinkle costume, and a blood-soaked Pennywise limited to just 96 pieces. Each figure stands just under five inches tall and will retail at $20, with preorders opening on the Thrilljoy website on 28 August at 8am PT. The release comes shortly after HBO renewed IT: Welcome to Derry for a second season.
