Unforgetful is a new iOS and Mac reminders app from Marco Arment, creator of Overcast and Instapaper, aimed at people who routinely snooze or dismiss tasks. It uses Apple’s existing Reminders database but changes the notification experience so tasks are harder to overlook or accidentally lose, offering an alternative for users who dislike Apple’s Reminders app.

Notifications repeat until a task is completed and deleted, even after being missed or dismissed, while snooze intervals become longer with repeated snoozing. The app deliberately avoids advanced organisation features such as tags and multiple views, includes voice input and Lock Screen and Control Centre widgets, and costs $19.99 a year across iOS and macOS.
