Warner Music Central Europe has launched Warner Records Germany, a new frontline label based in Berlin, with Lea Londa appointed as its Director. The move expands Warner's German presence and reflects the wider recorded music group's push to strengthen its footprint in Central Europe, building on the earlier launch of Atlantic Records Germany and the recent creation of a unified Warner Music Central Europe division.

Londa, a 16-year industry veteran who has spent over a decade at Warner in Germany, rises from Marketing Director to lead the label and will report to Jean-Sebastien Permal, SVP of A&R for EMEA and Central Europe. The label's roster includes Udo Lindenberg, Provinz, LINA and Yasola, and Londa is credited with campaigns behind Udo Lindenberg and Apache 207's record-breaking No.1 single "Komet", as well as work supporting Provinz, Robin Schulz and MilleniumKid. The launch follows Warner's formation of the Warner Music Central Europe region in October 2025, covering six territories that form the world's third-largest recorded music market, and comes after the earlier debuts of Spinnin' Records Germany and Permal's own hire from Sony Music.
