NYC five-piece WHATMORE have released a new single, 'Last Time', continuing to build on the momentum of their self-titled debut album from last year. The release comes ahead of a busy live stretch for the band, including an appearance at Reading and Leeds Festival and a headline show in London, making it a notable moment for a group still establishing their profile beyond their debut.

The track opens with an indie rock riff before shifting into a bouncing hip-hop beat, reflecting the band's varied musical influences, and is accompanied by a video that nods to classic shoots by director Spike Jonze and the group the Pharcyde. WHATMORE, made up of Cisco Swank, Yoshi T., Jackson August, Sebastiano and Elijah Judah, will play a one-off London show at The Lower Third on 1 September.
