UK thrash metal band XENTRIX have released a music video for “Allied With The Enemy”, the title track and first single from their forthcoming album. The release previews an album the band presents as a darker, heavier and more direct follow-up to 2022’s “Seven Words”, with lyrics addressing themes including disinformation, self-bias and social collapse.

The 11-track album is due on 30 October via Listenable Records and was recorded at Backstage Studios in England between late 2025 and 2026, with producer Andy Sneap and artwork by Dan Goldsworthy. The title song, written last for the record, uses horror imagery and a subtle “Alien” reference to explore inadvertent self-betrayal; XENTRIX will also tour the UK and Ireland with Nervosa from 18 to 29 November.
