Pokémon Pokopia’s free 2.0 update is here, and it’s making a splash with new underwater features and improvements
Pokémon Pokopia has received its free 2.0 update, adding a major new underwater dimension to the life-sim game alongside a range of quality-of-life improvements. The update lets players dive beneath the waves for the first time, build homes in new oceanic areas, and encounter additional water-type Pokémon, expanding the scope of the game's Bubbly Basin setting.
Alongside the new Dive feature and underwater building, the update introduces extensive customisation options including five new hair colours and a dynamic Ditto-print pattern, plus practical fixes such as bulk item transfers between storage and bag, the ability to delete items placed inside objects like bins, and finer control over depth placement for windows and doors. Gameplay tweaks include appraising Lost Relics in batches of ten, using Rollout to destroy certain environmental items, and being able to use Strength underwater, all aimed at making building, exploring and managing the game world smoother.
