Nickelback have released behind-the-scenes footage from the video shoot for “Rattle The Cage”, the lead single from their forthcoming album, “Everything Under The Sun”. The video and single begin the promotion for the band’s first studio album since 2022, as they seek to build on renewed attention from their recent documentary and world tour.

“Everything Under The Sun” is scheduled for release on 30 October 2026 through Virgin Music Group, marking Nickelback’s first release with the company. “Rattle The Cage” features guitarist John 5 and is described as a fast, heavy rock track inspired by the energy of the band’s arena shows; frontman Chad Kroeger says the album will include both hard-hitting and more experimental material. Nickelback say they have sold nearly 60 million albums worldwide and have more than 50 million monthly digital listeners.
