Idiot man in Hawaiian shirt seen enjoying the breeze as he rides OUTSIDE Philadelphia train traveling at high speed
A man was filmed riding on the outside of a moving SEPTA train in Philadelphia, holding the exterior handrails while appearing relaxed. Police are investigating to identify him, warning that the stunt was illegal and potentially fatal.
The video showed the Market–Frankford Line travelling from the 40th Street tunnel towards 46th Street and was posted on Instagram on 15 September, attracting more than 2,000 likes. SEPTA Police Captain Marc Pasquarella said the man risked electrocution and serious injury, while authorities are particularly concerned that others may copy the stunt.
