Richard Smith, Jodie Turner-Smith’s brother, is being sued by three women who allege sexual misconduct, coercion and drug dealing. Turner-Smith is also named in the lawsuit, which claims she enabled his alleged behaviour by funding his bills, providing housing and supplying resources, including an Audi allegedly used to transport drugs.

The women describe alleged incidents involving isolation, pressure to take drugs, non-consensual sexual activity and controlling relationships. One claimant also alleges witnessing drug sales, firearms and sexual parties, while another says Smith offered housing in exchange for sex; Turner-Smith’s representative denied the claims and called the lawsuit fictional and meritless.
