Jeffrey Epstein associates sued over claims they covered-up sex trafficking at predator’s notorious Zorro Ranch
New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez has sued Jeffrey Epstein’s former lawyer Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn, accusing them of helping conceal sex trafficking at Epstein’s Zorro Ranch. The case matters because it seeks to prevent the two men from receiving further payments from Epstein’s estate, with Torrez saying those funds should go to survivors.
The lawsuit also names Epstein’s estate, valued at more than $100 million, and the 1953 Trust, which holds estate assets. It alleges Indyke and Kahn managed finances and authorised transactions connected to trafficking, and says Indyke received $16 million and Kahn more than $10 million from Epstein between 2011 and 2019. Both men have testified in Congress that they were unaware of the alleged activities.
