Taylor Swift Formally Inducted Into Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame
Developed over time first seen 1 hour ago
Taylor Swift has been formally inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, becoming its youngest-ever member. The honour recognises her songwriting and underscores her renewed connection with Nashville, where she began her career.
Brad Paisley inducted Swift at an industry gala at the Music City Center, where Lainey Wilson performed an acoustic version of “Love Story”. Swift was one of six inductees, alongside Lyle Lovett, Lee Thomas Miller, Shawn Camp, Bruce Channel and the late J.I. Allison; George Strait received the Career Maker Award. The Hall, founded in 1970, is the latest songwriting institution to honour Swift: in June, she became the youngest woman inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in New York.
