JD Vance’s temporary crash pad near Mar-a-Lago asks $110K per month

A four-bedroom Palm Beach house owned by the Trump Organization and used briefly by JD Vance and his family during the transition to Donald Trump’s second term is being offered for rent at $110,000 a month. Its proximity to Mar-a-Lago, its past use as a presidential guest house and the possibility of club access make it an unusually high-profile rental.

The furnished, renovated ranch house was built in 1974 and measures 4,072 square feet, with four bathrooms, a pool, deeded beach access and a gate opening onto Mar-a-Lago. The monthly price is down from a previous asking rent of $122,500; a year would cost $1.32 million. Access to the club is dependent on approval and the club’s discretion.
