Are Paramount and Warner Bros settling their antitrust case?

Paramount and Warner Bros Discovery aren't settled yet, but a federal magistrate judge has ordered them into a two-day in-person settlement conference in late October, ahead of the antitrust trial set for March in Oakland [1, 5, 6]. Meanwhile Paramount has also filed a formal defence against the 12-state antitrust suit, arguing it will collapse under scrutiny, and a $7 million daily fee tied to the dispute is still running for now [2, 5]. So talks are being pushed by the court, but no settlement has been reached.
