Even former PlayStation chief Shuhei Yoshida doesn’t know why Bloodborne hasn’t been remastered or released on PC: “It’s a complete mystery”

Former PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida has said he does not know why Bloodborne has never received a remaster or an official PC release, calling the situation “a complete mystery”. His comments underline the continuing uncertainty around one of PlayStation’s most requested re-releases, despite Sony bringing several other former exclusives to PC.

Bloodborne was developed by FromSoftware and published by Sony for PlayStation 4 in 2015. Although its popularity and critical reputation have fuelled regular speculation about a remaster, remake or PC port, Yoshida offered no explanation or indication that any such project is planned.
