‘Hazbin Hotel’ Officially Returns This Month With New Release

Hazbin Hotel characters are joining Fortnite’s Fortnitemares 2026 event this October, bringing Charlie Morningstar, Vaggie and Alastor into the game. The crossover puts the animated series’ redemption-minded characters into a battle royale where survival is the priority, offering fans an unexpected way to see them interact with other fictional worlds.

Epic Games has confirmed themed outfits and accessories will arrive during the month, but has not announced an exact release date. The wider Halloween lineup includes Five Nights at Freddy’s, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Beetlejuice and Hollow Knight. Fortnitemares also features the Nightmare Neighborhood area, where players can defeat Freddy Krueger to unlock a teleporting attack, alongside the returning Pumpkin Launcher and modes including Battle Royale, Horde Rush and Reload.
