Hell Is Us Shifts Switch 2 Launch Due To “Very Busy” September Release Window
Nacon and developer Rogue Factor have delayed the Nintendo Switch 2 version of their action-adventure game Hell Is Us, pushing it back by two weeks from 24th September to 8th October 2026. The studio said the move was prompted by September being a "very busy" period for game releases, and that shifting to a quieter window would be better for the team, its partners and players alike.
Hell Is Us is a third-person action-adventure blending melee combat with exploration across a semi-open world, notable for offering no map, compass or quest markers so that players follow their instincts. It launched on other platforms last year to "very positive" ratings on Steam and was called a "must-play" by Push Square. The crowded September slate the developer is avoiding includes The Blood of Dawnwalker, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Marvel's Wolverine, Control Resonant and Silent Hill: Townfall, alongside the Switch 2 exclusive Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave.
