Hellboy Attends Satan’s Funeral in Hellboy in Hell: Parade of Horrors

Mike Mignola is returning to the underworld setting of his Hellboy saga with a new comic, Hellboy in Hell: Parade of Horrors. The story follows Hellboy as he attends Satan’s funeral, extending the series with another episode from the hero’s time in Hell.

Mignola writes the issue, illustrated by Márk László, with colours by Dave Stewart and lettering by Clem Robins. Mignola said he was inspired by László’s work and found gaps in earlier chapters that could accommodate the story, including two dead soldiers from “The Three Gold Whips”. Issue one is due on 16 December and is available to pre-order through local comic shops.
