Stella Lefty's debut single "Boston" has held the number one position on Billboard's Country Airplay chart for a second consecutive week, achieving a historic milestone for solo women in country music. This makes Lefty the first solo woman to have a debut single spend multiple weeks atop the chart since Gretchen Wilson's "Redneck Woman" in 2004—a 22-year gap that underscores the rarity of the accomplishment. The achievement places her amongst only six solo-credited women whose first Country Airplay entry has led for more than one week.

"Boston" reached the summit in 22 weeks, the fastest climb for a debut number one by a solo woman since "Redneck Woman" took 12 weeks in 2004. With its two-week reign, the song matches the fourth-longest run amongst debut chart-toppers by women, level with Deana Carter's "Strawberry Wine" (1996) and Trisha Yearwood's "She's in Love With the Boy" (1991). Lefty also becomes the fifth solo woman this decade to score a multiweek Country Airplay number one, joining Lainey Wilson, Ella Langley, Gabby Barrett and Maren Morris. Elsewhere on the charts, Kenny Chesney's debut entry "Remember Me That Way" reached number 28, marking his 101st career chart entry and breaking a tie with George Strait for the most entries since the chart's inception in January 1990.
