Teenage Engineering’s EP-35 amp offers multiple inputs and built-in effects
Teenage Engineering has launched the EP-35, a battery-powered instrument amplifier that accepts guitar, microphone and line inputs, as well as Bluetooth audio. Its multiple inputs and built-in effects make it suitable for different instruments and voices, while Bluetooth pairing can link several units, including as a stereo pair.
The guitar and vocal effects are controlled through preset styles and a single amount knob, rather than by adjusting individual effects. Accessories include an “amptenna” that adds FM radio and the wireless EP-127 KO Pedal, which provides MIDI control, a looper, a metronome and an expression pedal connection. The EP-35 is available now for $399.
