The Weeknd Breaks Record for Highest-Grossing Tour by a Male Artist With $1.3 Billion

The Weeknd’s “After Hours Til Dawn” tour has ended with more than $1.3 billion in ticket sales, setting a record for the highest-grossing tour by a male artist. The achievement places it third among all tours, behind Taylor Swift’s “Eras” tour and Coldplay’s “Music of the Spheres” tour.

Since starting in July 2022, the tour played 176 shows in 67 cities across 30 countries and five continents, selling more than 9 million tickets. It earned over $500 million from more than 3 million tickets in 2026 alone. The Weeknd has also donated $8.5 million to hunger relief and education initiatives, including $3 million raised for the World Food Programme and Global Citizen in 2026.
